Pontus Rotana Resort & Spa is a 28-storey hotel tower with 546 rooms on the coast in Gonio, developed by Pontus Development in partnership with the international operator Rotana Hotel Management Corporation. Construction is being carried out by contractor Geverse Construction using monolithic frame technology.
The room portfolio includes studios from 29.4 m² and one- and two-room apartments up to 101 m², with 3-meter ceilings and turnkey finishing. The complex is positioned as the largest hotel on Georgia's Black Sea coast.
Completion is scheduled for 2027. The project has undergone an independent feasibility assessment by Cushman & Wakefield.
