Calligraphy Towers is a project by Grand Maison, Georgia's largest investment and construction holding, on Alley of Heroes in Batumi, 450 meters from the sea and the Dancing Fountains of Lake Ardagani. The complex consists of three towers: the 35-story Tower A with the hotel, the 45-story residential Tower B, and the 40-story Tower C/G, currently under construction.
Floor 10 of Tower A houses the Hampton by Hilton hotel — an officially confirmed partnership with the international Hilton Worldwide chain. Apartments range from 28 m² studios to 150 m² 'club' apartments, available with fine-finish or turnkey interiors.
The upper floors feature the 'Diamond Sky Area' panoramic bar on floor 40, a casino, a cinema, and an electric shuttle that takes residents to the beach. Towers A and B have already been completed (2023–2024); Tower C is still under construction, with handover expected in Q4 2026.
