1.1. estatemarket.ge is an independent information and analytics catalog of Georgia's new-build market, bringing together projects from different developers in Batumi, Tbilisi and the resort areas.
1.2. The Website is not a developer's official site and does not sell property in its own name. The sale contract is concluded directly between the buyer and the developer.
2.1. Using the Website constitutes acceptance of these Rules, the Legal disclaimer and the Privacy policy.
2.2. A user who disagrees with any of these documents must stop using the Website.
2.3. Automated harvesting that places excessive load on the Website, and reproduction of its materials for commercial purposes without the Administration's consent, are prohibited.
3.1. Prices, floor plans, completion dates and instalment terms are published as provided by developers and public sources and are subject to change.
3.2. The current status of any specific offer is confirmed only by the developer or through a partner broker on request.
