Family Club is the residential heart of the Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio resort: two five-storey buildings with 86 residences, a gated setting, an intimate atmosphere, and five-star hotel service. The format suits young couples and families with children alike.
The complex is split into three sectors: apartments under hotel management, which the operator lets out; a sector for permanent residence, where short-term rentals are prohibited; and a mixed sector, where the owner decides whether to live in the apartment or enroll it in the hotel program.
Layouts range from 37 m² Junior Suites to two-level penthouses of 141.8 m², all delivered with designer turnkey finishes, furniture, and appliances. Construction has been underway since July 2023, with completion scheduled for Q4 2026.
