Aqua is a 20-storey tower within the Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio resort, just 250 m from the sea in Gonio. The building is built on a monolithic frame, with 40 cm ceramic-block walls and panoramic Rehau glazing. Floor 10 holds a garden that splits the tower in two, while the resort grounds offer a seawater aqua zone, pools, a spa, and a rooftop panoramic restaurant.

Units are sold as full freehold ownership: studios of 31.2–33.2 m², one-bedroom layouts of 44.8–58.2 m², and two-level apartments of 70.3–151.8 m² (60 layouts in total). Everything is sold turnkey, complete with finishes, furniture, and appliances from the developer, with a 0% installment plan over 42 months or a TBC Bank mortgage available. As with all property in Georgia, foreign nationals can purchase these apartments without restriction.

This is a branded-residence format: owners retain full title to their apartments, while international operator Aimbridge Hospitality manages the entire complex. You can live in the apartment yourself or enroll it in the Wyndham rental program to earn income without handling the letting process yourself. The complex is scheduled for completion in Q4 2026.
