Riviera is Batumi's only hotel built entirely from three-storey townhouses set into a hillside. The complex forms part of the Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio resort and is being built on a monolithic frame with energy-efficient brick, featuring European-style architecture and floor-to-ceiling glazing.

Construction began in July 2023, with completion of the complex scheduled for late 2026.
