Gonio Yachts & Marina is an Eagle Hills project spanning 200 hectares of the Gonio coastline, 20 minutes from Batumi Airport and 10 minutes from the Turkish border. At its core is a 180-berth marina with a yacht club, surrounded by residences, townhouses, and villas.
The project includes two premium hotels managed by international operators, a promenade lined with restaurants and retail, lagoons, and a 600-meter beach zone.
Eagle Hills, founded by Mohamed Alabbar — founder of Emaar Properties and the mind behind Burj Khalifa — is also developing the similarly scaled Tbilisi Waterfront project in Georgia's capital.
