1.3. The Website is not operated or endorsed by the developers' official sales departments. Its Administration acts as an independent intermediary providing advisory, property-matching and lead-generation services.
2.1. Project names, logos, trademarks, architectural designs, 3D visualisations and brand imagery published on the Website are the intellectual property of their rightful owners.
2.2. They are used strictly for nominative, descriptive and informational purposes (nominative fair use under international and Georgian intellectual property law).
2.3. The Website claims no ownership, copyright or exclusive representation in respect of those trademarks and brands.
