contact phone number (including linked WhatsApp and Telegram accounts);
property preferences, where the user shares them in correspondence.

3. Legal basis and purposes of processing

3.1. The legal basis for processing is the user's explicit consent, given when a form is submitted on the Website.

3.2. Data is processed for the following purposes:

handling the user's enquiry about real estate in Georgia;
preparing and sending shortlists of properties, floor plans and purchase terms;
connecting the user with partner brokers and developers' sales departments;
anonymised statistical analysis of Website traffic.

4. Storage, security and transfer of data

4.1. The Controller applies organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss and disclosure.

4.2. Data is never sold or passed to third parties for marketing. To fulfil the user's own request it may be shared with partner brokers and the developer of the relevant project.

4.3. Users outside Georgia agree that their data is transferred to and processed within Georgia.

4.4. Data is retained for as long as the processing purposes require, or until consent is withdrawn.

5.1. Under the Law of Georgia "On Personal Data Protection", every user has the right to:

request information on what personal data of theirs is processed;
demand correction or updating of inaccurate data;
request blocking or erasure of the data;
withdraw consent to processing at any time.
