Park Home Vake is a premium residential complex by Anagi Development, the development brand of the construction company Anagi Construction, which has been active on Georgia's market since 1989. Three ten-story buildings share a common platform on a 70,000 m² plot, 8,000 m² of which is set aside for recreational areas, with a 2-hectare park laid out alongside.
The building's architecture features dark, cubic facades of contrasting volumes with a checkerboard pattern of balconies and bright orange-yellow accents, designed by the Midamo studio. Construction rested on a 1.5 m thick foundation slab and piles driven 50–55 m deep, giving the building reinforced seismic resistance.
The complex sits on a new road just 200 m from Chavchavadze Avenue, next to the Vake tennis courts and the district police station. It was delivered in November 2023.
