Domus Development · 31 Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue, Vake, Tbilisi
1 / 10
Domus Trees (Domus Chavchavadze 31) is a project by developer Domus Development (active in the Georgian market since 2006) at 31 Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue, in the Vake district, 3 km from central Tbilisi. The building comprises several towers of varying height and facade tone — an architectural metaphor for the grove of trees that grew on this site before construction.
The 2- to 4-room apartments range from 163 to 238 m², with high ceilings, Otis elevators, and monolithic frame construction. The common areas feature work by Georgian artist Irakli Gamrekeli and stained-glass windows in the corridors, while vertical wooden interior elements carry through the 'trees' theme.
The complex sits near the Ilia Gurmishvili monument and Mziuri Park, in an eco-friendly area free of industrial facilities. Handover is planned for Q4 2026.
