King David Residences is a $70 million project by the Austrian holding company Rezid Holding GmbH, built on a hill above the Queen Tamar Bridge in the Saburtalo district. The complex comprises a 32-story residential tower with 163 apartments and a 19-story Class A business center, joined by shared amenities.
Panoramic-format apartments of 50–314 m² with views of central Tbilisi and Mount Kazbek range from 1–2-bedroom units to duplexes and penthouses on the top floors. The complex has been operating since 2017 and was the first in Georgia to combine residential, office, and hotel-style service under a single condominium format.
In 2016–2017, the project received the International Property Awards for best mixed-use development in Georgia (5-star rating).
