Axis · 37m Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue, Vake, Tbilisi
1 / 11
Axis Towers is the flagship project of Axis, a development company with more than 22 years on the market, comprising two identically shaped 147-meter towers on Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue in the Vake district. On every floor the buildings twist 2° in opposite directions around a central core — a design by architect Alexander Mejevidze.
In 2020 the complex earned the region's first World Trade Center (WTC) status. Its residential section holds 140 apartments ranging from 31.7 to 541.6 m² across floors 8–41. The hotel section is the 218-room Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers (Accor Group), the first premium-class Accor hotel in Georgia.
The project was fully completed and delivered in 2019 — the developer's units have sold out, and what remains are resale listings on the secondary market.
